Kiwanis Court was built in 1990 and consists of a total of 84 suites, 74 one-bedroom suites and 12 studios. Suites range from 349 sq.ft. for studios up to 656 sq.ft. for one-bedroom suites.
The three-storey building features two elevators, underground parking, storage lockers and scooter spaces, and card operated laundry facilities on each floor. The building is accessible for those with mobility aids. All suites are connected to fiber optic cable allowing for high-speed internet service.

Kiwanis Court shares several amenities within the Kiwanis Gardens setting, including a Great Hall for events, a TV Lounge, a private Dining Room in the Cypress Building.
