Kiwanis Cypress was completed in 2014. It is an apartment complex with 62 affordable suites for independent seniors, plus one guest suite. Suites range from studio suites of 447 sq.ft to one bedroom units with up to 570 sq.ft.
The four storey structure offers a private spa room, elevators, secure interior, underground parking, pay laundry facilities on every floor and a storage area is included in each suite.
It also includes the Arthur & Kay Holmes Great Hall for gatherings of all sizes. The Great Hall has two TV screens, gas fireplaces, a kitchen and seating for 150 guests.

The Arthur and Kaye Holmes Great Hall in the Cypress is popular for gatherings of all sizes. There is a separate dining room for private dinners, and a lounge for casual TV viewing or small group meetings. The Great Hall can seat up to 150 guests and is often used for special dinners, birthday parties and musical events. Residents will often congregate there for coffee mornings and afternoon tea. The gas fireplaces make it a warm and inviting place to get together.
