Kiwanis Court was built in 1992. It is an apartment complex with 85 affordable suites for independent seniors and two guest suites. Suites range from studio units of 349 sq. ft. to one bedroom units up to 656 sq. ft.
Some residential suites offer storage in the suites, with additional storage also available in the building. The three-storey structure features elevators, a secure interior, underground parking, and pay laundry facilities on every floor.
Rents are affordable and include hydro, heat and basic cable television. Rental assistance is available from BC Housing’s SAFER program for those who qualify.
