Lynn Woods is a collaborative partnership with the District of North Vancouver, BC Housing and Kiwanis North Shore Housing Society. Lynn Woods is located in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver. The building is comprised of 106 one-bedroom apartments for seniors who are wanting to live independently.

Lynn Woods is in close proximity to the Lynn Valley Centre shopping mall,  District of North Vancouver public library, healthcare services and restaurants are all in walking distance. 

To qualify for housing, you must meet the following eligibility criteria and provide all requested documentation.

• Senior citizen age 55 and older, capable of living independently
• 12 consecutive months residency of British Columbia at the time of application
• Non-Smoker
• No Pets
• Provide copies of Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Notice of Assessment for previous two years
• Proof of current source of income
• Copies of 3 months consecutive bank statements for all accounts
• Proof of all assets(Not eligible if assets exceed $400.000)
• Proof of tenant insurance that must include a general insurance liability clause at the time of move -in inspection. (Kiwanis North Shore Housing can assist you with this).
