Coming Soon – Kiwanis Village West

Kiwanis Village West, located at 950/970 22nd Street in the heart of West Vancouver, is midway between Ambleside and Dundarave. It aims to provide modern and spacious housing options for families and individuals who live, work and raise their families in West Vancouver. Kiwanis wants to support moderate-income households struggling to find suitable rental accommodations in the area. The mix of studio, one-, two and three-bedroom units will be offered at a discounted rate of 75% of market rents. The two buildings are designed to meet the highest quality and sustainability standards. The development addresses significant housing needs and enhances the community’s social fabric, fostering a sense of belonging and security amongst residents.

Move In As Early As December 2025

In a significant step towards addressing the community’s housing needs, the Kiwanis North Shore Housing Society presented an update on the construction progress at a recent Council meeting. Kiwanis Village West, the newest property in our housing portfolio, is approximately 5 months ahead of schedule. Instead of April 2026, Kiwanis is looking to welcome its first residents as early as December 1st, 2025.
